  • What is The Package Programming?
    The Package is a full generic online programming for people who want to get better in functional fitness and aim for competing in this sport. As well as for those who want to get into their best possible shape and feel like the standard training in their gym is not enough.
  • What makes The Package Programming different from other online training programs?
    For me the most important thing in functional fitness is to help people understand what it means to train at their right intensity. Only if you know the individual needs of your own body, constant progress in your training is possible. Quite often training hard is overwhelming and after a while you feel down, low energy or even worse: you risk getting injured. By knowing your individual level and intensity this won’t happen and you can train more efficiently. The Package Programming is designed to help you find the right intensity and offers a great mix of different exercises. So training stays fun the whole time and you’ll be excited to hit the gym every time.
  • Is The Package Programming the right training for me?
    Do you already have some experience in strength and conditioning of functional fitness but now you want to see constant progress in your training? Maybe you want to prepare to compete in The Open or Sanctionals? Or you are already an experienced competitive athlete and you want to take your training to the next level? Then The Package Programming is exactly made for you!
  • Do I need to have experience to join The Package Programming?
    It is recommended to have done strength and conditioning or functional fitness for at least 6 month and being able to do the majority of the movements. You do not have to do movements like Muscle up/Bar Muscle ups. There will always be an Rx and Scaled option in the programming so you can train at your individual level and intensity.
  • What if I can’t do a workout as described? Do you provide modifications?
    The Package Programming always provides different scaling variations to make it fit your individual level.
  • What equipment do I need to do the workouts?
    You should train in a fully equipped functional gym called “CrossFit Gym” or strength and conditioning gyms. Still the programming is based on the main equipment.
  • How does the average workout schedule look like?
    The Package Programming is a “5 days on 2 days off” programming. Each session takes 60-90 min.
  • How can I ask the coach questions?
    As a member you will get access to a WhatsApp group where all athletes share their scores, experience and information. On top you can send an email or text to the coach via WhatsApp.
  • How can I communicate with The Package Programming community?
    We have a WhatsApp group where we share our scores, experiences and other information about the program.
  • What happens next, once I have signed up?"
    I will contact you via email and then generate a TrueCoach log in for you. Via TrueCoach you can access your programming right from your smartphone.
  • How am I going to receive the workouts? What is TrueCoach?
    Via TrueCoach – an application for your smartphone. With TrueCoach you can access your programming, track your progress and get in touch with your coach.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription via email.
